DDE Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Dream Dental Education, we understand that plans can change. To ensure fairness and clarity, we’ve outlined our cancellation and refund policy below. By registering for any of our courses, you agree to the following terms:

Cancellation Notification

All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to:
info@dreamdentaleducation.org

Verbal cancellations or social media messages will not be considered valid.

Non-Refundable Processing Fee

All course registrations are subject to a non-refundable $150 processing fee, regardless of the cancellation date.

Refund Eligibility

  • 30 Days or More Before the Course
    A full refund will be issued, minus a $150 non-refundable processing fee, if written notice is received at least 30 days prior to the course start date.

  • 21 – 29 Days Before the Course
    A 50% refund, minus the $150 processing fee, will be issued if cancellation is received 21 to 29 days prior to the course start date.

  • Less Than 21 Days Before the Course
    No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 21 days of the course start date, including no-shows.

Additional Terms

  • Transfer Requests: In some cases, participants may be eligible to transfer their registration to a future course. This is evaluated on a case-by-case basis and is not guaranteed.

  • Transferred Courses:  Courses that have been transferred are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances. Additional fees may apply depending on course availability or pricing changes.

  • Event Changes or Cancellations by Us: If Dream Dental Education cancels or reschedules a course, registrants will be given the option to receive a full refund or transfer to a future course date at no additional cost.
